Ernesto R. Flores, President

Our mission has always been to meet the facilities and financing needs of California’s school districts. I am very proud of the experienced team we have assembled to assist our clients. We continue to be one of the top producing firms annually in the number of bond transactions sold and in the number of election campaigns won.

Khushroo F. Gheyara, Sr. Vice President

I have had the opportunity to work with over 130 school districts during my tenure at CFW in all facets of the firm’s operations, including the provision of financial advisory and campaign services. I know it takes quality services to make your district successful in its efforts and I am committed to maintaining the firm’s standards of service.

Abel J. Guillen, Vice President

Public information is about communicating to the broader community the hard work your district has undertaken in developing a viable capital and financing plan. The majority of voters do not have children in school; therefore my job is to develop a customized public information program for your district that will win the support at the polls for your facilities needs.

Richard Grossman, Managing Director

Rich has spent over 20 years in the Municipal Bond Industry serving as a Financial Advisor, Investment Banker, Municipal Bond Trader and Compliance Officer. His works include School Districts, Counties, Cities, Special Districts and several State Governments. Rich leads a staff of highly motivated and qualified Financial Advisors who have spent years developing proven, successful solutions for issuers. His commitment is to provide quality control in every aspect of due diligence for agencies and districts.
