Public information is about communicating to the broader community the hard work a school district has undertaken in developing a viable capital and financing plan. The majority of voters do not have children in school; therefore Abel Guillen’s job is to develop a customized public information program for school district clients that will win the support at the polls for their facilities needs.

Rosa Perez, Principal

Rosa Perez has worked throughout the State converting voter support to substantially improve colleges. As a former chancellor of a community college, Ms. Pérez turned her local institution into one of the most admired and sought after colleges for corporate, public and private partnerships and employment. She brings a wealth of experience in community college planning, financing, and operations.

Greg Kato

Greg Kato assists school districts in assessing their facilities and financing needs and in implementing the firm’s program administration services. His design of survey instruments and evaluation of field research data assists clients in their assessment of project priorities and voter tax tolerances for the firm’s general obligation bond programs. He holds a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley.

Shin Green

Over the past decade, Shin Green has worked extensively with the public sector. Mr. Green’s experience includes administration of tax and bond programs for schools, cities, and special districts. Previously, he worked with a California CPA firm which specialized in financial and compliance auditing for local area governments. He enjoys providing top quality service and is available to assist in your financing needs.
