Facilities, Planning and State Aid - Our facilities and planning services make us the best at procuring State Aid and at designing facilities master plans, capital and financing programs, developer fee studies and land acquisition strategies. Our survey research and public information experience allows districts to gauge and integrate voter and community responses. Whether your district is eligible for modernization, new construction, hardship, or joint use funds, we have more than 20 years experience making sure your district receives every dollar it possibly can from the State.

Financial Advisory Services - As an independent financial advisor, we are the district’s third party verification agent. We can assemble and manage the Finance Team and establish the tax or repayment program, the bond structure and the setting of interest rates on the day of sale. We ensure that our clients do not over extend themselves with any unnecessary risk. Our experience gives districts leverage to seek the most competitive prices for their short and long term financing needs.

Program Administration - As owner representative, we recognize that the successful implementation of a capital improvement program requires leadership, a well managed team and an integrated approach. The team often consists of professionals from various backgrounds. All, however, need to be coordinated and managed with assigned goals, responsibilities, and within an overall timeline. CFW manages the bond and capital program and effectively works with districts to direct each professional team member to implement your project per plan, on time, and on budget.
